[NEWFLASH] - #DONTFORGETME premieres on 06 August 2018 on Channel NewsAsia
Yesterday, Channel NewsAsia just released the first episode of "Don't Forget Me". Funny SGAG team took up the role in the first episode to show those old seniors on how to use Facebook. It is very entertaining.
-- Synopsis --
If we get forgotten old seniors to pick up trendy technology … can they use it to change their world?
Ordinary individuals can be heard by millions with a click. Virtual reality can transport you across the world in an instant. This is the reality of the new, ultra-connected world we live in.
But one group, already the most forgotten, is completely left out – seniors over the age of 70.
If we take the simple step of introducing them to the trendiest technology of our day – Facebook, Instagram, and even virtual reality – can they be empowered to change the world for themselves?
Three group of seniors gamely take on the challenge – and Channel NewsAsia has assembled Singapore’s tech ‘royalty’ to get them started.
